1 large can light chicken broth*
1 28 ounce can diced tomatoes and juice*

1 large onion diced
2 large cloves garlic minced
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/8 teaspoon red pepper
2 bay leaves
1 package frozen mini meatballs
boil package cheese tortellini in broth

*note increase broth or decrease tomato as desired
