Ricotta Pie
Complements of Angie Spitale
Dough:
4 cups flour
3/4 cups crisco
8 tablespoons of sugar
pinch of salt
3 eggs
1 1/2 teaspoons of baking powder
Filling:
2 pounds Ricotta
8 tablespoons of sugar (or more)
2 eggs
1 tablespoon vanilla
cinnamon on top (optional)
Mix dough like pie dough. Put in pie pan with filling and bake at 425 degrees until brown and done.
