Pizza Dough
This recipe will yield 32 ounces of dough. A large square pizza needs 16 ounces and a small square pizza needs 8 ounces.
Using 1 cup of lukewarm water dissolve 2 packages of yeast and then add an additional 1/2 cup of lukewarm water to finish mixing.
Mix 1 1/4 lb of flour (20 oz), 1 1/3 Tablespoon of sugar (4 1/2 tsp), and a scant teaspoon of salt.
Into the dry mixture, mix 2 tablespoons of Crisco or lard by hand.
Pour yeast mixture into dough and mix by hand.
Add 1 to 1 1/2 tablespoons of water to finish mixing dough

Then use 1/2 tablespoon of oil to grease bowl and clean hands and mix into dough then let rise.
Bake in a well greased pan at 400 degrees until you can lift it out of the pan.
