Italian Meatballs
This recipe makes 56 ice cream scooper sized meatball
Ingredients:
3 lbs ground beef
1 lb ground sausage
3 eggs
1/4 cup milk
2 cups breadcrumbs
2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons oregano
1 teaspoon basil
1 tablespoon fresh parsley
2 teaspoons garlic powder
2 teaspoons fresh ground pepper
3/4 to 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 medium onion finely chopped
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl by hand.
Roll meatballs to be just larger than a golf ball and place on an cookie sheet.
Bake in a 350 degree convection oven for 25 minutes or until done.
