1 large onion
1 cup sliced celery
2 cloves garlic minced
2 tablespoons Olive Oil
4 cans condensed beef broth (5 1/3 cups)
1 can Italian style plum tomatos
1 can white kidney beans drained
1 package frozen peas (10 oz) and carrots
1/2 cup uncooked elbow macaroni
1/2 teaspoon basil
1/2 teaspoon oregano
pepper

Saute onion, celery, garlic, in oil in a large kettle until tender (5 mins).  Add all ingredients.  Bring slowly to boiling, lower heat cover and simmer 45 mins.
