1. Get all veggies ready.  Chop carrot and celery small.  Chop onions.

2. Skin chicken in cold water and take out most of the fat.  Put some salt in the water.  Wash chicken really well through bones until all blood and black veins come out. 

3. Put chicken in a big pan.  Fill with cold water and let it come to a boil for 5 mins.  Take off heat, dump water and chicken in sink and wash again.  Clean pan and put chicken in with water and cook.  Skim the top when it starts to boil.  When it's clean on top put in all veggies and let it cook slowly.  Then put in salt, parsley flakes, garlic powder, little pepper and some tomato sauce or puree (about 1/2 cup) or more.  Cook for a coupl of hours.  Take meat out and cut into very small pieces.  Discard bones.  Cook pasta (any kind of noodles) separately and put in soup.  Enjoy!
