Beef Soup
Shank is best for this.
Before cooking, clean with water your beef. Put on to boil and skim off top until clean. Then have veggies ready. You can use frozen veggies also. Cook until meat is tender. (It takes longer than chicken.) Cut meat into small pieces. Use some sauce also and salt etc. Same as chicken soup.
