1 box Duncan Hines Yellow Cake mix
1 stick oleo softened
2 eggs
1 cup pecans

Blend above together and spread in ungreased pan.

Topping
Blend 2 eggs, 1 box powdered sugar, and 3 ounces cream cheese.  Spread on top of other mixture. 

Bake at 325 for 35-40 minutes.  Refrigerate cake for a while before trying to cut it.
