1. Cream together:
     2 sticks Oleo
     2 cups sugar
     2 T. Cocoa

2. Add:
    4 eggs one at a time and beat well after each until fluffy
    1 tsp. vanilla

3. Stir in:
    1 1/2 cup flour
    1 1/2 c. coconut
    1 1/2 c. nuts

Pour in greased sheet pan and bake 350 degrees 30-40 minutes.  Remove from oven and immediately spread 1 larg jar of marshmallow cream on top.  Let cool.

Frosting

1 box powdered sugar
1 stick oleo
1/2 evaporated milk
1/3 cup cocoa
1 tsp vanilla

Melt oleo.  Add milk and cocoa.  Heat until mixed thoroughly.  Remove from heat.  Add vanilla and sugar.  Spread on cake while frosting is still warm.
